Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following cases:

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you can request a partial refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the first month from the total payment.
  • Mistaken Charges: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to investigate.

Note: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions, partial subscription periods, or accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team through one of the following methods:

    • Email: Send an email to info@passwd.team with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Provide Details: Include the following information:
    • Your account email address.
    • The date and amount of the charge.
    • A brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


Important Notes

  • Refunds for annual subscriptions are calculated by deducting the cost of the first month from the total payment.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • If you cancel your subscription after the refund period, you will retain access to your account for the remainder of the subscription term, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
