Starter plan

The Starter plan is designed for small teams or organizations that want to try Passwd before rolling it out.
It provides the core functionality needed to securely store and share credentials while keeping the setup simple.

  • very small teams

  • simple password sharing

Key features

  • Google Workspace integration
  • secure password storage
  • browser extension support
  • up to a limited number of records

The Starter plan is ideal if you want to explore how Passwd works inside your Google Workspace before upgrading to a larger deployment.

Workspace plan

The Workspace plan is the standard Passwd deployment used by most teams.
It runs as a fully managed SaaS application and can be installed directly from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Once installed, users and Google Groups are synced automatically, so there is no need to manually invite users or manage access separately.

Best for

  • companies using Google Workspace as their identity system
  • organizations that want quick deployment
  • teams that need full password management features

Key features

  • installation via Google Marketplace
  • automatic user and group synchronization

  • sharing inside the organization
  • online support

The Workspace plan is designed to make password management seamless inside Google Workspace, with minimal setup required.

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise plan is built for organizations with advanced security or compliance requirements.
Instead of running as a hosted service, Passwd can be deployed directly inside your own Google Cloud environment. This allows companies to keep full control over infrastructure, data location, and security policies.

Best for

  • large organizations
  • security-sensitive environments
  • companies with strict compliance requirements

Key features

  • deployment in your private Google Cloud project
  • full control over infrastructure and data location
  • advanced security configuration
  • priority support
  • audit logs
  • dedicated onboarding assistance

Enterprise deployments are typically configured together with the Passwd team to match the organization's internal security policies.
