I had the free tier, but upgraded to my own instance.

I upgraded, but I don’t see my records. What should I do?

Please note that the Free Tier and the Enterprise Passwd subscriptions operate on separate instances. To transfer your records, export them from your Free Tier admin account, then import them into your new Enterprise subscription. Once done, all your records will appear in their correct places.

How do I remove the Free Tier?

Once you’ve migrated your records and no longer need the Free Tier, just let us know! We’ll assist you in removing the old interface to streamline your experience.
