Upgrading from Free Tier

I had the Starter plan, but upgraded to the Workspace plan:​

When you upgrade to the Workspace plan, your original interface remains unchanged.

Your Passwd instance is automatically upgraded with unlimited records and access to all premium features.

The free tier is seamlessly integrated into your upgraded Workspace instance, so there's no need to delete or modify it manually.

I had the Starter plan, but upgraded to the Enterprise plan:​

I upgraded, but I don’t see my records. What should I do?​​

Please note that the Starter plan and the Enterprise Passwd subscriptions operate on separate instances. To transfer your records, export them from your Starter plan (free tier) admin account, then import them into your new Enterprise subscription. Once done, all your records will appear in their correct places.

How do I remove the Starter plan (free tier)?​​

Once you’ve migrated your records to the Enterprise plan and no longer need the Free Tier, just let us know! We’ll assist you in removing the old instance.
