What happens if I had more than 15 records?

Our Free Tier now supports a maximum of 15 records. If you currently have more than that, your records may be capped or hidden. To prevent losing access to your data, we recommend exporting your records immediately. Upgrading to our subscription plan allows you to store unlimited records and ensures your data remains fully protected.

I upgraded, but I don’t see my records. What should I do?

Please note that the Free Tier and the Passwd subscription operate on separate instances. To transfer your records, export them from your Free Tier admin account, then import them into your new subscription. Once done, all your records will appear in their correct places.

How do I remove the Free Tier?

Once you’ve migrated your records and no longer need the Free Tier, just let us know! We’ll assist you in removing the old interface to streamline your experience.
