Does Passwd replace my browser auto-fill password manager?
No, you can still use your personal auto-fill password manager. Once you retrieve a team credential from Passwd and log in to a service, your personal password manager remembers this credential as well. Our aim is not to replace personal password managers but extend their usability in teams.
Do I need my own server to run Passwd?
No. All you need is Google G Suite for your domain.
Do I have G Suite?
If you use Gmail for your domain, you do.

Is it safe?
It is. In Passwd we hold security paramount. We never save your credentials in plaintext, it is always encrypted following the highest security standards thanks to Google Cloud Key Management Service.
Where is my data stored?
All your confidential information is stored on your Google Cloud Platform account, a service trusted by millions world-wide. No one except you has access to your Google Cloud Platform.
Can Passwd administrators or developers see my records?
No. Your sensitive information is encrypted and stored in your own database. We can’t access it, nor can anyone else. Except you. And it’s still encrypted.
Does Passwd provide Two Factor Authentication?
You use your Google account to log in to Passwd. We highly recommend that you use two factor authentication in your Google account.
Can I use Passwd without a Google account?
No. Passwd uses Google G Suite accounts.
Is there a limit on the number of records I can store in Passwd?
No, the number of records is unlimited.
What types of records can I store in Passwd?
Any. You can use Passwd for storing logins, codes, bank credentials, and other types of strings.
How to group records?
You can group records using tags. It is up to you what categories you choose to use!

How do I manage users and teams?
To manage Passwd groups, go to your G Suite account group management.
Is there a limit on the number of users and teams in my Passwd?
No, you can share your records with as many individuals and teams as you like.
Who can access my records?
Only those with permissions. You can grant access rights to individuals and teams based on your G Suite groups.
Can I share my records with people who are not in my G Suite organisation?
No, it’s a security feature that prevents your passwords leaking from your organisation.
What is a whitelist?
Whitelist enables you to grant access rights to individual users. Using whitelist, you can override group-based permissions.
Does Passwd auto-fill my identifiers to log-in fields?
No. Passwd is an app for storing and sharing your identifiers. You can use your browser to remember and autofill them.
What forms of payment does Passwd accept?
Credit card payments are accepted.
Is there a long-term contract?
