Account deletion
Deleting your Passwd account permanently removes all associated data. This action cannot be undone, and lost data cannot be recovered.
The process depends on your plan.
Starter and Professional

Tier: Starter, Professional
To delete your account:
- Contact us using one of the following:
- Support chat: Use the chat widget on our website.
- Email: Write to info@passwd.team.
- Tell us that you want your account and data deleted. Include the email address tied to your Passwd account so we can identify it.
- Wait for confirmation: We will delete all your data within 7 days of receiving your request.
Enterprise

Tier: Enterprise
Enterprise instances run in your own Google Cloud project. To delete your account:
- Contact us via support chat or info@passwd.team so we know you are closing your Passwd instance.
- Delete your Google Cloud project that hosts Passwd. This removes the application and all data stored in your project.

Deleting your GCP project is permanent. All Passwd data in that project will be lost and cannot be recovered.
